The location was really convenient. The staff was quite polite throughout my stay. The breakfast had a nice selection of items.
The food was quite poor and overpriced. The fire alarm went off on my first night for a long time with no explanation. I mentioned this twice and received no apology for the disturbance.

The hotel's city center location made exploring simple. I found the staff very attentive. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the room's lighting. The breakfast buffet offered a range of choices. I liked the fresh fruit selection and the made-to-order omelets.
The bathroom was a little small, a minor inconvenience really.

The room had a firm bed, and I thought it was very comfortable. Breakfast included a very plentiful selection, a lovely sight to behold. Waitresses were very attentive. I found the location was ideal for accessing the main shops and trains.
The room was so hot, with no air-conditioning. The window only opens a tiny bit, about 3", so I found it difficult to get proper air circulation. The decor looked very dated, though it was clean, so I tried not to mind too much. The bathroom seemed shabby. I think it needs a good update.

The room was quite small. The carpet had some stains. There WASN'T adequate ventilation in the bathroom, leading to a damp smell.

the location is quite central (easy to reach everything). the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. i found the bed comfortable, it provided good rest. the parking was easier than i expected from the directions.

I got a complimentary upgrade, a lovely surprise i didn't expected. the room had a lavish feel. It was pretty spacious. i could easily walk to restaurants from the hotel. The location was very convenient.
The room felt a bit old. i noticed an iron mark burned into the carpet. It was a bit of an eyesore. the bathroom taps seemed old, and the shower curtain looked dated. They need some attention. the tea and coffee weren't replenished in my room, it was a small thing, but i noticed it.
