Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The room was nice and had everything I needed, including a safe, and there was nothing major to complain about regarding the hotel. The showering experience was good, although there were some issues with pipes banging. The room size was just right for me. While I did find a hair in my breakfast, the staff offered an explanation that it was a part of the mushroom. I declined the replacement but was compensated with drink vouchers.
The hotel had accessible rooms for people with mobility issues, but the temperature was too hot at night and there was a disturbing noise affecting sleep. However, the service was outstanding, and the location was central with nearby shopping areas. The dining experience had a good selection, though there were delays in serving certain items.
The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, very central, and close to two train stations, making it one of the best places to be for getting around and seeing stuff. The staff, although pleasant, generally lacks sincerity. The rooms are small but okay for a short stay, however, not up to standard especially for the price. The dining experience was chaotic and not consistent. The hotel facilities are lovely with great amenities, but the price seems excessive for the overall quality.
Staying at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed at no extra cost, but cleanliness levels were lacking with visible dust and defects that should have been addressed for the price paid. The service was mostly efficient, professional, and friendly, although one grumpy encounter at breakfast stood out. The location was very central and convenient, close to major stations and shopping areas, but dining options were hit-and-miss with high prices for what was offered.
